    Noisy hotel, disco open to public until 5AM. Dirty bathrooms and parking inconvenient, reserved for disco clients not hotel guests. Unresponsive night front desk. If you want to rest at night forget it.

    NIE POLECAM, NIE PLANUJCIE TUTAJ POBYTU! Obsługa niemiła, mówi wyłącznie po hiszpańsku (mimo informacji na stronie, że również po angielsku i francusku); beznadziejne śniadania, które zaczynały się z opóźnieniem; cena ostateczna wyższa o 20% od podanej na bookingu; rezerwowaliśmy pokój Superior, dostaliśmy w tej samej cenie pokój o niższym standardzie; pokój z aneksem kuchennym bez ŻADNEGO naczynia

    Buen hotel para pasar la noche,estuve por 3 y la verdad necesitan mejorar el desayuno y ampliar las opciones de aperitivos para iniciar la mañana las habitaciones deben acondicionarse mejor.

    Horroroso. Sólo una persona resolutiva. Desayuno espantoso. Excesivo aire acondicionado en el comedor y a los pocos minutos tenías todo frío.
    Trato al cliente desagradable. Lo único bueno las camas pero no sirvió de nada porque casi todos los días había eventos en la planta 9 incluso hasta las 6 de la mañana con el pum pum y estábamos muertas de sueño para ir a conocer la isla.
    E S P A N T O S O. No recomendable.

    This hotel seems to be doing some renovations. The rooms are clean and have a kitchen unit in each. The internet was not a high speed but was stable and could support video. By far the best reason to stay is the fabulous buffet breakfast!!!! Worth the price!

    The staff was very professional and nice. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely firm (like sleeping on the floor!). The TV didn't work. The gym is not operating (all machines are old and don't even work). I don't believe I would stay here again. Breakfast was good tasting but it was cold.

    Un buen hotel, ubicación excelente, habitaciones bastante bien, lo peor es parte del personal que tienen. Vengo desde hace años y cambian mucho de recepcionistas y tienen una trabajadora que deberían darle un curso de modales y de educación.

    Where to start! This Hotel is still very outdated despite of the pictures, but it looks like they’re doing some work have to say, it’s full of disgusting roaches, rusty bathrooms, the fridge was super old and dirty, AC was not working right, if you want warm breakfast recommend you to be there at time they bring it out otherwise it will be cold they don’t keep it warm, parking was difficult because they close the exit at night had to reverse in a tiny way with cars in the middle (they shou … – show
