    If you are a small familiy or just on a small city travel with your beloved wife, than the Malecon of Santo Domingo is a must-to-do. It's passing all the main 5*hotels you need to know and which you visit at your first stay in the capital. Behind the first row hotels you can find several other smaller hotels, just for a good price. The Shakey Hotel is one of these, it's more an apartement hotel.     Great place to stay when you travel with your family. They have two bedroom apartments with kitchen that comes super handy! And it’s reasonably priced for the location it’s in! Power went out couple times which is a normal thing for Dominican Republic but it looked like hotel had a back up generator that even AC was working.
    Definitely our family favourite hotel now

    Empleados malísimos el empleado se me metió a la habitación a las malas por que supuestamente había un liqueo de agua y era mentira te no dejaban recibir visitas y le pedí un carta como evidencia de los que nos hospedamos y dijeron que no podían cuando me hicieron registrar a mi amigo no vuelvo no lo recomiendo

    Es un lugar muy agradable está a pocos minutos del aeropuerto las América,es céntrico,muy buen servicio con un personal altamente capacitado, amables, higiénico, con una vista al mar espectacular entre otros.

    Excelente ubicación del hotel aproximadamente a 20 minutos del Aeropuerto Las Américas acceso por la Avenida George Washington, y con una vista a la playa envidiable, los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y con lo necesario para tener una estadía placentera. Acceso fácil al área colonial y centros de negocios y entretenimiento

    Estuvo regular porque a las personas que acompañan al que se quedaba alojado/a no podía pasar más de las 10 de las noches allí si no dormía ahí lo veo algo un poco ridículo
