    Hotel Staff and room was great. Someone to greet you at the street level to ensure that you make it to the lobby with ease. The complimentry breakfast is easily worth paying for! If you have a question, simply ask any staff member who wont just answer our question, but ensure that your asking the right question, in order to provide the BEST response--high contrast from any assistance youd get from their couterparts in the US! Room, gym, restaurant were clean and presentable.

    Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms and good breakfast.
    Wish the evening reception was not limited to only 2 drinks, but besides that not much to complain about.

    Our experience at this hotel was excellent. Starting with the availability of parking, which we liked a lot. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the man who carried our luggage was also very cordial and funny. The rooms were very clean and are large, the view from the 18th floor was impressive.     A hotel that pays attention to details. Large and spacious rooms. Bedding and pillows in the bedroom of the best quality, which gives you the opportunity to sleep well. Very clean.
    Very nice and helpful staff. Mr. Jesus (the last name I don't remember) at the front desk. Very nice and useful Gentleman. He was very polite and made me feel very welcome.
    A very nice detail was the welcome drinks at the bar.

    Normally great but some small changes are needed.

    Less options at breakfast now and limit on evening drinks. They should stop with the snacks as its terrible.

    Nos hospedamos desde el 23 al 26 de diciembre 2022 con mi familia; comodidad y comfort junto a un personal de exquisito trato. La comida excelente. La habitación impecable; ideal para personas que estàn de paso por negocios o familias que buscan un hotel para descansar y alejarse del ruido y disfrutar de una Vista a la ciudad espectacular. Gracias al chef que amablemente pasò por todas las mesas la cena del 24 estuvo deliciosa.
